The project is a urban resiliency research center that is at the junction of a horizontal urban plaza and a continuous urban band cutting across, generating a turning point at the front of the site. The project is inspired formally by the streamline formed by railway stations and the congregation scale of the Villa 31. The streamline pattern serves to generate supporting structure, exterior and interior divisions, circulation routes and integration of landscape.
